We focus on helping young people to have bright futures. Therefore, we have partnerships and are in contact with a variety of different businesses and organisations that can assist our young people in securing employment, work experience or apprenticeships.

Listed below are the main areas of employment, training and apprenticeships as well as work experience that we are have set our young people up on in the past. There are a variety of businesses, organisations and charities in a multitude of different career sectors in which we have contact with in order to help our young people secure the bright futures they deserve.

Besides these, we have connections within the community engagement sector, in particular with local community groups and youth centres such as the Alford House Youth Club and the GAIA Centre.

We also have connections with as charities such as YES Futures and the Youth Engagement Programme in order to provide opportunities and ensure young people have the best futures possible..

Recently, we have started working with younger age groups (primary schools), but we still work with children of secondary school age and sixth form age. We have recently also begun to work with ex – offenders aged 18+ in order to help them to reintegrate back in to society and develop the skills and business connections they need in order to have a successful career.

Rio Ferdinand Foundation

The Rio Ferdinand Foundation helps to tackle inequality in young people. They also help young people to get to where they want to be in life.

Sky provide broadband internet and television services across the whole of the UK. They have a wide range of careers and departments to offer.

BT

BT are a broadband and mobile phone company that operate across the whole of the UK. They have a wide range of careers and departments to offer.

Battersea Power Station

Battersea Power Station is under construction to become new houses, shops and restaurants / cafes. There is still work that needs to be done on this landmark.

Canary Wharf Group

Canary Wharf Group are a property company that operate in the UK. Their main area of work is developing office space in London.

Berkeley Homes

Berkeley Homes build new homes and develop property in London and Surrey. They have built over 19, 000 homes in the past 5 years.

GooWoo Media

GooWoo Media is an independent production company that produce and run their own unique programmes and TV channels.

Fitzroy Lodge Boxing Club

Fitzroy Lodge Boxing Club is a local Lambeth boxing club. They help to educate and train young people who are passionate about or interested in boxing.

Creative Sparkworks

Creative Sparkworks are a local Lambeth charity that train young people in industries such as design, media and film. They help educate disadvantaged young people.

Zatol Solutions LTD

Zatol are a CEZ employer. The company deals with photos / digital images, 3D printing, photography development and processing.

Dwaynamics Boxing Gym

Dwaynamics Boxing Gym work to keep young people away from gang culture, knife crime and gun violence. They also run mentoring sessions.

Reprezent

Reprezent are a CEZ employer. They are a youth led radio station based in Brixton, whose audience is those aged between 13-25.

Hyde Housing

Hyde Housing Community Engagement help local community groups and centres to thrive. Their past programmes have tackled matters such as domestic abuse.

BounceBack

BounceBack are a charity who train and employing ex prisoners. We are partners with BounceBack and also share our office on 204 Kennington Lane with them.

Lingfield Park Resort

Lingfield Park Resort is a hotel (country club) and resort that is located in Surrey by the Lingfield racecourse. There is also a golf course located on site.
